The Associate Project Management apprenticeship is for staff with responsibilities for ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Associate project managers need good planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills. This project management apprenticeship includes an APM Project Management Qualification and ensures your staff can manage a project to ensure its success. The associate project manager apprenticeship will help apprentices know what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost, working within a project team to achieve the required outcomes.
