Find the Right Qualification
The Team Leader / Supervisor apprenticeship is for existing or aspiring first line managers with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team. This apprenticeship includes a CMI Diploma and will help your managers to support, manage and develop team members, manage projects, plan and monitor workloads and resources, deliver operational plans, resolve complex problems and build relationships internally and externally.
The Operations/Departmental Manager apprenticeship is for existing staff who manage teams and projects and achieve operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of an organisation’s strategy. This standard includes a CMI Diploma and will help managers to create and deliver operational plans, manage projects, lead and manage teams, manage change, manage resources and finances, manage talent, coach and mentor
The Senior Leader apprenticeship is for existing staff whose responsibility is to provide clear, inclusive and strategic leadership and direction relating to their area of responsibility within an organisation. Typically, this involves setting, managing and monitoring achievement of core objectives that are aligned to the overall strategic objectives of their organisation’s Board (or equivalent). In a smaller organisation they are also likely to contribute to the execution and achievement of these strategic objectives. This standard includes a CMI Diploma and will help senior leaders to develop strategic leadership skills, develop strategic approaches to mental health and wellbeing, develop strategy, understand finance for strategic leaders and develop the understanding of how to develop and lead people.
