Sysco have significant experience working in the public sector and deliver training programmes to local councils, the local combined authority, NHS trusts and governmental bodies. We have been working with Wirral Council since 2017 to help them implement an ambitious leadership and management programme that has now provided training to over 100 middle and senior managers.
Shantelle is a Team Leader within the Council’s One Stop Shop service, managing multiple sites and services across the region, playing a lead role in the delivery of the Customer Service key objectives, priorities and performance measures linking through to Wirral Council’s strategy. Q: Hi Shantelle, why did you decide to complete an apprenticeship?
A: I wanted to do an apprenticeships in order to gain a broader understanding of key management and leadership skills.
