Sysco have been providing Customer Service qualifications to all of their staff as well as assisting with their recruitment since 2013. A: I had previously worked with an employee of Sysco when they moved to the company, so I knew their standards & high quality of work

A: The account management from Sysco has been excellent. I receive regular updates on learners and constant feedback on updates & changes. My account manager is always approachable and responsive to questions.


Q: Do you feel like you are kept up to date with your employee’s progress?


A: We are always kept up to date with progress. I receive regular feedback on learner progress and details of development areas / focus within the working environment. Learners are all motivated and keen to progress within their qualification


Q: How would you rate the communication from Sysco’s tutors?


A: Both the communication and flexibility in delivery of Sysco’s tutors is very excellent – 5/5.


Q: How do apprenticeships benefit your business?


A: The project work given as part of programme is linked to the business and allows staff to contribute to an improvement in our service. Sysco’s tutor fully aware of hotels vision & values and works towards these with all learners which supports the business. Overall, Customer Service qualification enable us to be the best hotel we can.


Q: Would you recommend Sysco?


A: Yes, in fact I have already recommended them to other hotels within the company.
